Privacy
Our serviced accommodation includes a weekly maid service, instead of a daily clean that you would get while staying in a hotel. With fewer intrusions, guests feel more comfortable. If you would prefer a more regular maid service, that can be arranged too at an additional cost. Having kitchen facilities also gives you the option of eating in the privacy of your own accommodation.
Flexibility
Serviced accommodation give guests the flexibility to live the way they want to. You can cook yourself or you can dine out at a restaurant. You can entertain guests in the living space or conduct meetings with clients. You choose.
Cost
Serviced accommodation involves fewer add-on charges. All properties have fully equipped kitchens which cuts down the costs of eating out. Some hotels charge for internet usage, but in our properties everyone receives complimentary Wi-Fi.
The cost of staying in our serviced accommodation also reduces as the length of stay increases.

A really comfortable and stylishly decorated home, perfect for a short break in Cambridge. Jason is a friendly and welcoming host and was brilliant in his communication with us before, during and after our stay. He was also keen to receive constructive feedback from his guests and clearly puts in action some of the suggestions given which shows he listens and cares about the guest experience. Excellent customer service! We would certainly recommend this home to others.

We had a lovely time at Jason's property! It was very clean and nicely decorated, and was not too far from the centre of Cambridge. Everyone said how comfy the beds were the next day too! Whenever I had a query about our visit, Jason responded with a good level of detail. Excellent for value and we would definitely stay again! :)
This house is spacious and situated 5 minutes drive from Cambridge centre. It has been refurbished recently. It comfortably accommodates two families with young children and Jason was very responsive making communication straightforward. Highly recommended!
